-simplifies the user flow
–protects your proprietary algorithms
–establishes a clear pipeline for gathering testing data
-Never exposing the full scope of the project.
This will be Below the features of the site that will likely draw in users for general information desired by every player, regardless of tools/access or understanding of full scope of the project. Level Suggestions I propose:
| Tier | Target Audience | Access Method | Primary Objective |
| 1. Guest / Public | General players | Open web access | Drive traffic, offer rapid utility, tease advanced tools. |
| 2. Member Area | Invited members (Clan and players allies) | Unique token code (No Player information for security) | Gather testing data, tailor outputs, provide advanced calculators. |
| 3. Management GUI | Clan Officers | Secure login / Elevated token | Monitor clan activity, distribute access, track contributions and chests. |
| 4. Developer | Jeffador, Kit & OG | Root / Sudo credentials | Maintain infrastructure, handle errors, innovate tools & Innovation. |
1. Guest / Public Access (Traffic Driver)
This tier serves as the hook. It provides immediate value to the general Total Battle community while keeping your most powerful tools hidden.
- Rapid Tool Deployment: Offers quick, simplified versions of calculators (e.g., basic speed-up or resource calculators) for immediate public use.
- No Data Retention: No saved progress, no session logging, and no persistent profiles.
- Pipeline to Membership: Features a clear call-to-action explaining the benefits of the Member Area to generate interest and direct highly active players toward seeking an invite.
2. Tokenized Member Area (The Core Engine)
This is the restricted environment for invited users, designed to feel exclusive while secretly feeding your database the exact test data needed to train your AI models.
- Frictionless Security: Zero personal details required. Access is granted strictly via a unique, tokenized access code.
- Tailored User Experience: Logs player inputs and variables to customize tool outputs for their specific account (e.g., locking in their baseline stats or housing caps).
- Data Generation Pipeline: Users complete simple testing tasks (like the 1-troop baseline tests) in exchange for access to the advanced combat and stacking tools. This crowdsources your AI training data automatically.
3. Clan Management GUI (Command & Control)
A dashboard built specifically for clan leadership to monitor their roster and manage access.
- Oversight & Analytics: Allows managers to review player inputs to identify who is struggling with march compositions or event mechanics.
- Activity Tracking: Integrated tracking for clan chests, daily activity, and resource donations to automate roster management.
- Token Generation: Grants the ability to generate and revoke unlimited member-level access codes to share with trusted clanmates or allied friends.
4. Developer Area (Restricted / Sudo Privileges)
The absolute highest security tier, strictly limited to the two creators (Jeffador and Kit). This level carries the highest risk and must never be exposed to standard web indexing.
- Backend & Infrastructure: Full IDE access, backend server configuration, and WordPress administration.
- Live Diagnostics: Error handling and support client routing to fix broken calculations or failed OCR/vision scripts on the fly.
- Access Control: Global override capabilities to review all member activity, audit token usage, and instantly revoke compromised access codes.
- Development Sandbox: A protected environment to propose, build, and refine new tools before pushing them to the Member or Management tiers.
Design Suggestion for the Homepage:
Keep the landing page highly minimalist. Present only three distinct, cleanly designed portals:
- “Quick Tools” (Routes to Guest)
- “Enter Token” (Routes to Member/Management based on the code’s permissions)
- “Admin Login” (Hidden or subtly placed footer link for Developer access)
This prevents UI clutter, hides the true depth of the platform from casual visitors, and prevents competitors from easily scraping your feature list.
